Fast growing insurance agency offering all range of insurance products with main focus on property/casualty life insurance and investment products is seeking an indivdual who would like to reap the financial rewards of their own hard work. We are looking for results driven, entrepreneurial- minded professionals with proven sales track record. Must have minimum of 2 years sales experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic store- front environment. Property and casualty license preferred but not mandatory. Must be willing to obtain NJ property and casualty license within one month of hire. This position offers a future opportunity to manage a second satellite office over the next 2-3 years. Duties: |
Pro-active sales calls to existing book of business for cross sale opportunities
Pro-active sales calls to agency provided qualified leads - no need to purchase your own
Account managment and service of existing book
Develop own marketing plan using exisitng agency resources
Future opportunity to manage and grow sales in satellite office
Process applications from quote to close - training provided along with admin support |
Qualifications: |
Self motivated entrepeneurial minded.
Ability to influence others, overcome obtacles and close sales.
Minimum 2 years sales experience or proven equivalent sales skill set
Fast learner with excellent oral and written skills
excellent computer skills
Must be experienced and proficient in making and handling sales/service calls
Ability to organize and manage your own daily work flow and schedule.
