CLC currently operates and maintains a fleet of over the road trailers ranging in size from 28' to 57' vans, flatbed trailers, and refrigerated trailers across the continental United States.

Duties: |
| The Branch Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for day to day operations of the Piscataway branch location. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Supervision of operations staff and shop foreman
• Primary interface with customers and prompt handling of their service needs.
• Management of on the ground rental inventory
• Review of maintenance invoices for accuracy and determination of responsibility
• Interface with service vendors
• Logistics moves of equipment located across the continental US
• In-bound and out-bound inspections of equipment

Qualifications: |
| • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and experience in business or military environment managing teams, budgets, deadlines
• Demonstrated strong negotiation skills with external customers and suppliers
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and integrity
• Experience in semi-trailer maintenance, leasing, or fleet management preferred
• Equivalent heavy equipment leasing or fleet management experience
• Willingness to be on call 24/7 to meet customer needs
• Experience and skills with MS office applications including word and excel
• 4 year college degree desired
